Beechwood Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool and changing rooms were fully refurbished in 2019 and are an amazing facility. The pool is 15x7m with a daily temperature of 31 degrees makes it the warmest pool in Halton, so ideal for babies right through to senior swimmers. We have a team of qualified lifeguards who are always on poolside to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
Our timetable tries to meet the needs of the community and is reviewed and updated on a monthly basis and advertised on social media, here on the website and on our internal and external boards.
The pool is also the home of the Beechwood Swim School which is a long standing enterprise within the Centre, but is now managed by inhouse swim school / pool co-ordinators. We operate within the Swim England programme and our families can keep up with their child’s progress via the Swim England app.
Our showers and changing rooms are for use by pool customers and swim school customers only, they are only available for use by our customers during relevant sessions.

Public Swim Sessions
Please Note:
We have a maximum bather limit, as such we may need to manage access during busier periods which could result in a short wait.
Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Admission Policy
An adult in the water may be responsible for supervising up to two children under the age of 8 years.
Children under the age of 5 must wear approved floatation aid. If no flotation aid is used, supervision has to be on a one-to-one basis.
Children from the age of 8 to 10 will require an adult to be in direct supervision, which can be in the form of spectating from the Viewing Area
Swim Session - Rules
Adult Only Swims
No children allowed. Lengths swimming, perfect for regular exercise and keeping fit.
Adult/Child Swims
Children must be accompanied by an adult IN THE WATER at all times. We will refuse admission to unaccompanied children or where the accompanying adult is a spectator.
General Swims
All are welcome! Enjoy a selection of floats and woggles.
