The Beechwood Community Centre Swimming Pool is open 7 days a week and provides private swimming tuition and public swims. The pool can also be hired for private activities and pool parties.
Our Swimming Pool is 15 metres x 7 metres and is the warmest pool in Halton, running at a lovely 33 degrees.
We have lots of fun equipment, disabled access and a chair lift on pool side.

We can get busy during weekend swim sessions, The pool has a maximum bather limit of 30 people please check with the lifeguard before purchasing your ticket as you may be asked to wait for bather numbers to fall before you will be allowed to get in the pool or you may NOT be able to get into the pool at all, this policy will be enforced even if you get your ticket without checking and are already changed!
We have specifically allocated General Swims and Adult/Child Swims. Please respect that Adult/Child Swims are designed for younger children so less boisterous behaviour are expected (even during school holidays)!
EVEN DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ADULT/CHILD SESSIONS REQUIRE IN THE WATER ADULT SUPERVISION.
If children are coming in unsupervised (even spectating in the coffee shop) they need to come to a general swim session or entry will be refused!

PUBLIC SWIMS ADMISSION POLICY
An adult in the water may be responsible for supervising up to two children under the age of 8 years.
Children under the age of 5 must wear approved floatation aid, if no flotation aid are used supervision has to be on a one-to-one basis.
Children from the age of 8 to 10 will require an adult to be in direct supervision, which can be in the form of spectating from poolside.
While the above is standard policy, the pool staff has the right to eject any bathers that they consider to be inadequately supervised.
Adult Only Swims
No children sorry, lengths swimming perfect for regular exercise and keeping fit
Adult/Child swims require children to be accompanied IN THE WATER with an adult at all times, even during the summer holidays. Unaccompanied young persons over the age of 8 years should kindly attend the General Swim sessions instead. We will refuse admission to unaccompanied children or where the accompanying adult is a spectator.

All swimmers for public sessions need to purchase a ticket from the machine, in the foyer of the building, before entering the pool.

If you are purchasing a 'Card Holders' ticket you MUST have your Privilege/Frequent User Card to show the lifeguard.
If you are do not have your card with you, you NEED to see the lifeguard BEFORE purchasing a ticket.
None card holders MUST pay full Adult £2.70 and full Child £1.60 rates.
Under 12 months FREE for everyone
Entry will be REFUSED to none cards holders who purchase ticket on Card Holder rates!

Pool Parties avaliable on Saturdays 4.15pm at a cost of £85.
A Pool Party includes exclusive use of the pool for one hour and use of the community room for up to two hours for entertainment, games and buffet.
